Get support

Send a useful report without sending private content.

CaptureFlow support is provided through the Chrome Web Store Support hub. Requests do not automatically include anything from your local library.

Do not include private captures: Fictional screenshots or private data should never be included in public reports. Never submit screenshots or imported images containing faces, medical information, addresses, credentials, financial data, or other personal information.

Before requesting support

Check the FAQ and troubleshooting guide. They cover the most common permission, capture, import, download, and folder-connection questions.

What to include

Where to send it

After CaptureFlow is published, open its Chrome Web Store listing and use the Support section. A direct link will be added here when the Store item is live. No credentials are required because CaptureFlow has no account system.

What support can access

Support cannot remotely inspect or recover your CaptureFlow library. Your screenshots, imported images, edits, notes, tags, projects, and settings remain in your Chrome profile unless you explicitly create and share a copy yourself.
