Get support
Send a useful report without sending private content.
CaptureFlow support is provided through the Chrome Web Store Support hub. Requests do not automatically include anything from your local library.
Do not include private captures: Fictional screenshots or private data should never be included in public reports. Never submit screenshots or imported images containing faces, medical information, addresses, credentials, financial data, or other personal information.
Before requesting support
Check the FAQ and troubleshooting guide. They cover the most common permission, capture, import, download, and folder-connection questions.
What to include
- CaptureFlow version from
chrome://extensions - Chrome version from Chrome’s About page
- Your operating system
- Short, numbered steps that reproduce the problem
- What you expected to happen
- What actually happened, including the exact error message if one appeared
Where to send it
Open the CaptureFlow Chrome Web Store listing and use its Support section. No CaptureFlow credentials are required because the extension has no account system.
What support can access
Support cannot remotely inspect or recover your CaptureFlow library. Your screenshots, imported images, edits, notes, tags, groups, projects, and settings remain in your Chrome profile unless you explicitly create and share a copy yourself.
